2017 Chardonnay
Winemaking
A combination of tank and barrel fermentation with 50% of the wine aged on French and American oak.
Tasting Notes
Featuring pear, apple and peach aromas with a hint of vanilla spice, our Chardonnay is a bright straw- gold color. Rich from barrel fermentation and aging, this wine shows peach, pear and butterscotch flavors. The wine is round, medium-bodied with balancing acidity and toasty oak that lengthens the finish.
2016 Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaking
100% barrel aged in 80% American and 20% French oak.
Tasting Notes
The intense dark ruby red color of the Cabernet Sauvignon is reflective of this full-bodied, flavorful wine. The core of black currant and hints of cedar and spice along with cocoa aromas echoed by rich persistent flavors of plush ripe fruit, dark chocolate and anise are all supported by balanced rich velvety tannins.
Monstrant Regibvs Astra Viam.
“The stars show the way to kings.”
